How to Schedule Time and ScreenConnect

1. Login into myconnect.com (The Source).
2. Click "Working with FSSIR - Company Resources."
3. Click on "The source - IT Resources/Help Desk" (Picture of the keyboard).
4. To set a time for an appointment click on either with either support person, either click "Schedule Support with Bill" or "Schedule Support With Max." Click on the Screenconnect button if you are waiting for a session and the support person will give you a code instruction
5. Click on the 15, 30, or 60-minute session then chose a date and time. After confirming with your email you will get a notification through email and the appointment will be added to your google calendar.
Note: If days are greyed out or times or not available, the technician is not available at those times.
