Syncing Gmail with Outlook and Office 365

This method of syncing has to be done when linking a Gmail Workspace account to Office 365. Otherwise, you will be missing important features in Outlook for the Gmail inbox.

1. Make sure Outlook is installed, closed, and no longer running.

2. Click here (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gssmo) to download GWSMO.

3. Enter your Four Season's email and let it run.

4. Log in to the default account listed when adding the profile to Outlook (it should be your four seasons email listed as a map account).

5. It should open up and let it sync.

Note if there are any sync failures, just resync and overwrite
