How to Create/Edit an Email Signature
Adding an Email signature
1. Open Gmail.
2. In the top right, click Gear Icon and then click "See all settings."
3. Scroll down in the "Signature" section
4. Click create new, name your signature, and click create
5. Add your signature text in the box. If you want, you can format your message by adding an image or changing the text style.
Note: If you want a downloadable image of the Four Seasons Sotheby's Logo here's two you can right click and save to download and add into your signature. Just drag them into the signature box to add, and resize to small, medium, or large.
6. Select the signature defaults. Click the dropdown under "for new emails use" and select your signature. And if you wish to have your signature on replies, click the dropdown under "on reply/forward use" and select your signature
7. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
Editing an Email signature
1. Open Gmail.
2. At the top right, click Gear icon and then click See all settings.
3. Under the "General" tab, scroll down to "Signature" and click the signature you want to edit.
4. Use the text box to make your changes.
5. To change the signature name, click Edit.
6. At the bottom, click Save Changes.
