How to Contact SymQuest about Printer Issues
Before contacting Symquest try some troubleshooting on your own, and make sure that the issue is global or at least affects multiple other users. Once you have narrowed down that the problem is with the printer, by testing printing or scanning on multiple devices to different accounts, follow the steps below. Obviously, if the printer completely malfunctions on its display or won't turn on etc. call SymQuest right away.
1. On the printer there is a small metallic plaque that read SymQuest (if this is nowhere on the device it may not be covered by symquest). There should be a phone number on the printer reading 1(800) 374-9900. Call that number.
2. State that you are from FSSIR, your location, and the issues you are having with the Symquest Printer.
3. Also give the support person the printer the tag ID which is engraved into the Symquest plaque, and provide the street address and location of the office if they ask.
4. After you follow their directions forward the ticket they give you and explain the incident in an email to the Four Seasons Help Desk (helpdesk@fourseasonssir.com). Forward any future information SymQuest your way.
