Finding Sentinel One On Your Computer

To find whether Sentinel One is installed on your system, check below for PC and Mac instructions. If not, contact the IT Team to install the program on your computer.

PC

Navigate to your main monitor if you have more than one.
Click the carrot icon in the bottom right of your screen.
Click the small shield icon. When you mouse over it, it should say Sentinel One.

4. This should bring up the application.

Mac

It should be visible as a shield icon on your dock. If not, continue.

Click the Finder icon on the dock.

Select the Go menu on the top of the screen. Alternatively, click applications and skip to step 4.

Select Applications from the drop-down menu.

Now, you can view the list of installed software. Type Sentinel One into the search bar or scroll down to find it
