Fowarding O365 email to Gmail
Setting up your Office 365 for Transfer
1. Select Settings
2. Click View all Outlook settings
3. Click Mail
4. Click Sync email.
5. Under POP and IMAP, select Yes under Let devices and apps use POP.
6. Select Save.
Importing to Gmail
1. On your computer, sign in to the Gmail account you want to import to.
2. In the top right, click Settings Settings and then See all settings.
3. Click the Accounts and import tab.
4. In the "Check mail from other accounts" section, click Add a mail account.
5. Type the email address of the other account, then click Next.
6. Click the office 365 option and click Next.
7. Type your password.
8. Check the boxes next to the options below:
"Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail"
"Label incoming messages"
9. Leave the other boxes unchecked.
10. Click Add Account.
