Instruction to Forward Office Main line
Instruction to Forward Office Main line to Agent on Weekend Duty and turn off Forwarding:
Open up Chrome in the Address Bar type:
https://app.vonage.com/ to log in to Vonage Account
Login with your Office Extension User name and Password.
Click the little circle at the top Left (highlighted in yellow)
This will give you a drop down menu Click on Settings (Highlighted in Yellow)
Then Click on Call Forwarding (Highlighted in Black)
Click on Forwarding and then to Forward all calls
In option, one hit the down arrow.
You can enter a Cell phone number of the Agent this cover
or
Hit the Arrow down under Users and find the Agents Vonage extension number.
If you add a cell number or add the Vonage extension, you need to hit save button in Purple at the bottom.
You are done!!! You have transfer the main office number to the Agent on weekend call.
I would test and make sure the transfer works the first few time you set this up.
To take off the Forwarding to the Weekend Agent coverage:
Do the same step but in Call Forwarding click on Send to Voicemail and then
Hit save button in Purple at the bottom.
